5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the highest quality professional services and procurement, Four Turrets makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the timeline of third-party logistics or the exact condition of goods once they have been handed over to a freight forwarder or shipping carrier. In no event shall Four Turrets be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services or trading activities.
